My First Post

I guess I should start off by talking about me?
My name isn’t Coley. My name is Caitlin. But my middle name is Collette, which I like a lot better. Caitlin’s too common. My grandma’s name is Collette. People have always called her Collie, pronounced co-lee. But that looks like it’s pronounced like the type of dog, collie. So I like to spell it “Coley.” It makes more sense.
I actually really don’t like my first name at all. I feel no connection to it. I always ask people to think of a nickname for me. What name fits me best? I know it’s not Caitlin. But I can’t think of what it would be, and neither can anyone else. When I think to myself, I call myself Coley. So, because this blog is to me, about me, it’s from Coley.
